Covered Risks
All damages that have occurred as a result of: hailstorm, storm, torrential rain, fire to the roots, ground frost, flood. Also freezing and withdrawal of autumnal wheat crops.

Insurance Period
The insurance contract is concluded not later than June 20, and for the tobacco – up to July 20 of the current year, and is terminated in the time period customary for the certain region, when the harvest should have been gathered, but not later than November 20th of the current year.
Insurance Premium Payment
How and when the insurance is contracted?
The insurance contract can be concluded in any of the EuroIns agencies according to a form, confirmed by the insurer, after a preliminary inspection of the respective agricultural crops, localities and areas.
Damage Payment
Owners are compensated for the amount of the incurred damage, but not more than the insurance amount. The compensation is paid in a 15-day term after the presentation of all required documentation.

* Upon insurance contract renewal and lack of damages from the previous year;

- Wheat and legumen: wheat, barley, oats, triticale, rye, spelt, beans, lentils, chick-peas, rice, peas, etc.;
- Oleaginous annuals: sunflower, soy, peanuts, cas, sesame, etc.;
- Etheric oleaginous and medical: coriander, rape seed, lavender, rose, bella donna, silibium, salvia, caraway, dill, Chenopodium, Lallemantia, white mustard, thorn apple, basil, Foeniculum vulgare, anise, henbane, cummin, yellow poppy, thyme, common balm, monardae, angelica, etc.;
- Maize: maize, millet, sorghum, sugar cane, X. Sorghum, etc.;
- Vegetables, seedlings, earthed-up crops, field and in solar greenhouses, melon fields, flowers for sale and seed, etc.
- Earthed-up fields, fibrous and tobacco;
- potatoes, sugar beet, pumpkins, cotton, flax, hemp, etc., big-leaved, oriental and tobacco seedlings;
- Vineyards, vine plantations and vine rootage;
- Fruit and fruit nurseries: - apples, pears, apricots, peaches, cherries, morellos, plums, quinces, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, currants, aronia, black currant, walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, etc.;
- Perennial and annual sowed grasses;
- Agricultural crops and flowers grown in heated steel-and-glass greenhouses;
- These general conditions also include newly planted and/or young – non-fructiferous perennial plantations.
Not an insurance object:
- natural and artificial meadows and pastures;
- forests and field-protecting woodland belts;
- plantations with a fortifying and meliorative purpose;
- green fertilizer plants;
- poplar plantations;
- ultural willow (osier);
- bulrush.

Uncovered Risks
- as a result of earthquakes, landslides and collapse, including collapse in mines and galleries of mine and geological enterprises;
- which are resulting from military activities and/or drills, unfriendly invasion, internal commotions and seditions, civil unrest, rebellions, coup, strikes and/or lockout, terrorism, confiscation;
- which are a consequence of deliberate events on the part of the insurer and/or insured and/or third persons regardless of whether the perpetrator is known or not;
- which are a result of lack of the care of a good owner on the part of the insured or a person authorized by him, when they are not traders according to the meaning of the Commercial Act;
- which are a result of lack of the care of a good trader on the part of the insured or a person authorized by him, when they are not traders according to the meaning of the Commercial Act;
- caused by wrongful irrigation and/or technically damaged installations, systems and appurtenances, including irrigation and draining canals and systems, electrical and heating installations in hothouses and greenhouses, etc.;
- as a result of quality decrease of the harvest of agricultural crops and plantations;
- caused by flattening of crops as a result of continuous rainfalls, stagnation of water masses as a result of quiet, incessant rains, snow melt or increase of underground water level;
- caused by non-insurance events: draught, warm and cold winds, diseases, enemies, wild animals and birds, lack of germination, natural decline, ecological pollution, chemical failures, caused by powder, gaseous and other substances deposited into the atmosphere from different types of productions, unobservation of agro technical requirements in the cultivation of agricultural crops and plantations;
Insurance Period

Insurance Premium Payment
- The insurance premium is determined by the insurer according to a Tariff for agricultural crops insurance and depends on the land with sown /set out/ cultures and plantations, the contracted insurance amount and the risk class for the respective region, in which the insurance object is located.
- The insurance premium is paid once in full amount upon insurance contracting, but premium instalments can also be contracted (up to three deposits), the last one having to be deposited not later than August 31.
- If the insurance contract is concluded with the stipulation for instalment premium payment, in case of non-payment of a separate premium deposit in the stipulated term, the insurer can decrease the insurance amount, to modify the contract or to terminate it.
