 Upon Client’s desire and additional payment a clause “Substitute automobile” could be included. In accordance with the terms of this clause, in case of an insurance event occurrence, except total damage, and repair in the garage would take more than 5 working days, EUROINS shall provide the client a substitute automobile for the period. The client can use a substitute automobile twice within a one-year period of insurance, each up to 14 days.
Duration of the Motor Casco Insurance
The Motor Casco Insurance shall be concluded for a period of 1 year or shorter after an agreement with the Insurer and shall become effective at 00:00 (zero) on the day following the day of the Insurance premium payment.
Insurance Premium
The insurance premium shall be paid as a lump-sum at the insurance conclusion or in installments
In case of an insurance event occurrence:
•    Call and register the event with KAT;
•    Immediately notify the Insurer in one of the following ways:
    - at a Liquidation Center of EUROINS;
    - at an Agency of EUROINS in your town;
    - at the e-mail address: likvidacia@euroins.bg;
    - by phone: 0700 17 241;
    - deliver the damaged vehicle  for inspection at a Liquidation Center of EUROINS;
•    You may remove the damage at one of the trusted repair service centers within shortest terms.
