The procedure on new increasing of the capital of Euroins started at 26th of June by issuing of 6 million rights. The rights – shares ratio is 4/1, and the issue price of the new shares is 3.3 BGN per share.

During the first and the second days were traded 90.3 % from the rights or 5 418 239 at average price 0.04 BGN per right for the second day.

The trade with the rights will continue till July 7th, and the auction for the non-application of the rights will be held on July 18th.
