Do you cover Covid 19 under Travel Assistance and Trip Cancellation insurance?
Yes, we cover medical expenses in case of Covid 19 as described in the General Terms and Conditions.
When can I take out a Trip Cancellation policy? And do I need it?
The insurance can be concluded provided that no more than 5 (five) days have passed from the date of the travel reservation to the day of conclusion of the insurance contract and no less than 5 ( five) days!
How many persons can be insured in one "Trip Cancellation" policy?
A maximum of 10 (ten) persons can be insured with one policy, provided that they are included in the same reservation and travel on the same route with the same transport.
