We reimburse you and your family for medical expenses related to services and health goods in terms of Outpatient and Inpatient medical care, as a result of an illness or accident.
What does the insurance cover?
Choose between different Clauses, and each clause includes certain types, scope and volume of healthcare goods and services.
How to use the coverage:
- Reimbursement of expenses - Pay the expenses for the health goods and services used in a medical facility of your choice. File a claim for their reimbursement online at MyHealth or at any office of Euroins Insurance Company.
Clause
Outpatient medical care:
- outpatient medical care by specialists;
- primary, secondary medical examinations and consultations;
- clinical and laboratory tests in volume for diagnosing the health problem - by doctor's appointment;
- clinical-instrumental studies in volume for diagnosing and monitoring the development of the health problem;
- treatment in outpatient settings - by doctor's appointment and others;
Hospital medical care:
- hospitalization with a total duration of up to 30 days in one insurance year, but no more than 7 days in an intensive care unit;
- reception and accommodation of a patient;
- medical examination and appointment of treatment;
- consultation by specialist doctors from the departments of the medical facility;
- clinical-instrumental tests - by doctor's appointment;
- operations of small and medium volume and complexity;
- rehabilitation, physiotherapy;
- sanitary transport and others;
Reimbursement of medical goods and devices:
- medicines for outpatient and hospital care - as prescribed by a doctor;
- medical consumables for outpatient and hospital care;
- aids in outpatient care;
- aids in hospital care.
Clause
Outpatient medical care:
- outpatient medical care by specialists;
- primary, secondary medical examinations and consultations, including by a qualified person and specialist doctors from other medical institutions;
- clinical-laboratory tests for the diagnosis of the health problem - by doctor's appointment, including immunological, serological, isotopic tests;
- clinical-instrumental studies for diagnosis and monitoring the development of the health problem, including computed tomography, nuclear magnetic resonance (without contrast), endoscopic studies;
- treatment in outpatient settings - by doctor's appointment and others;
Hospital medical care:
- hospitalization with a total duration of up to 30 days in one insurance year, but no more than 7 days in an intensive care unit;
- reception and accommodation of a patient, including in a private room;
- medical examination and appointment of treatment;
- consultation by specialist doctors from the departments of the medical facility, including specialist doctors from other medical facilities;
- clinical and laboratory tests - by doctor's appointment;
- clinical-instrumental tests - by doctor's appointment;
- operations of large and very large volume and complexity;
- rehabilitation, physiotherapy;
- selection of team/doctor for operative interventions and/or childbirth;
- sanitary transport and others;
Reimbursement of medical goods and devices:
- medicines for outpatient and hospital care - as prescribed by a doctor, including vitamins and nutritional supplements;
- medical supplies for outpatient and inpatient care, including contrast and/or anesthetic;
- out-of-hospital care aids, including a hearing aid;
- aids in hospital care.
