Voluntary Driver and Passenger Accident Insurance
Necessary documents
- Request for payment of compensation - original;
- Document certifying the event / billateral traffic accident report, traffic accident report or other document issued by the police authorities, identifying the injured persons - copy/;
- Medical documents /epicrisis, outpatient lists, etc./ - copy;
- Payment documents - original;
- In case of permanent loss of working capacity - TELK/NELK decision - copy;
- In case of death of the insured person - death certificate and certificate for heirs - a copy;
- Bank account - copy.
Compulsory Driver and Passenger Accident Insurance

- Ticket for the given vehicle;
