How to use the coverage:
Subscription service
You are visiting a medical facility with which Euroins has a contract, and the costs for the health services used are paid by us directly to the medical facility.
The services are used only on a subscription basis and only after specifying with the Euroins Call Center.
Reimbursement of costs for healthcare goods and services
- For prescribed medications in outpatient care, team selection, a private room (a room with improved living conditions) or medical supplies (implants) in hospital care, pay the costs yourself.
- Get complete medical documentation and an invoice with a receipt for the relevant health goods.
- File a claim for reimbursement of expenses:
- Through the My Euroins Health platform
- Or at an Euroins office: fill out in person on paper a Request for reimbursement of expenses according to the Insurer's template, attach the required documents in original and send to the address Sofia 1592, 43 Hristofor Kolumb Blvd., "Liquidation of damages - health insurance" department
- By sending the request and documents by courier, for which you must pay the courier costs.
If, despite the requirement to make an appointment through our Call Center, you visit a medical facility of your choice (including trusted medical facilities), you must pay the costs of the healthcare services used yourself. When claiming reimbursement, we will reimburse up to 50% of the cost of the paid services, but not more than 50% of the usual costs, for a risk covered under the policy.
Online medical consultation
Euroins provides you with the opportunity for a quick and easy online consultation with a doctor. The online consultation is not a medical examination, but provides the opportunity for a second medical opinion, consultation on documents and receiving advice in some situations.
- Contact the Euroins Call Center (0700 17 241) and explain your condition. The Call Center can refer you to an online consultation with a doctor.
- During the consultation, you can share symptoms and complaints, laboratory results, photos.
- The doctor can assess whether it is necessary to refer you to a medical facility.
- If you need to visit a medical facility, call the Call Center (0700 17 241) to make an appointment.
- If you have been prescribed medication, after purchasing it, file a claim online through your personal health record MyEuroins Health.
Where does the insurance cover apply?
My Euroins Health – on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. For the diagnosis of serious diseases – on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and the whole world (including Turkey).
MyEuroins Health Plus – on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union, including Turkey (except the Kingdom of Switzerland).
Insurance conditions
What is the duration of the Insurance cover?
For a period of one year. The insurance contract comes into force after a preventive screening of the insured person has been carried out within 30 days of its signing.
When organizing treatment and paying for expenses related to it, carried out in a hospital in Europe, a waiting period applies:
for group policies over 10 people - 90 days
for individual and family policies - 180 days.
If before or during the waiting period (deferral period) the Insured is in remission or diagnosed with a critical illness, the reinsurer refuses coverage and refunds the premium paid for this person.
What are the liability limits?
Outpatient medical care – 5,000 leva
Hospital medical care - 25,000 leva
Reimbursement of health care costs – 400 leva
Complex diagnosis of a critical illness – 3,500 leva
Online medical consultation – unlimited.
