What is this insurance?
Mandatory insurance for every tour operator licensed on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

What does the insurance cover?
- We reimburse tour operator customers for travel services not provided as a result of the tour operator's insolvency or bankruptcy.

In the whole world.

What is the duration of the Insurance cover?
For a period of 1 year.
What is the Sum Insured?
It is determined on the basis of the turnover declared by the tour operator for the previous year and the limits defined in the Tourism Law.
Necessary documents for taking out insurance:
- Questionnaire
- List of insured persons - when insuring a group of persons
- Other documents - additional documents requested in connection with the issuance of a policy or an addendum to it (including licenses, a copy of registration coupons)

Where can I buy insurance?
You can also buy insurance at any office of Euroins Insurance JSC, as well as through insurance intermediaries who have a valid contract with the company.
When does the insurance contract come into force?
In the case of motor CASCO insurance, the policy comes into effect after an inspection of the vehicle and installation of a GPS in cases where it is necessary.
Who requires the “Tour Operator’s Liability” insurance?
What is not covered by the “Tour Operator’s Liability” insurance?
- Services that are not included in the official contract with the client;
- Violations of legal requirements or actions outside the scope of licensed tourism activities;
- Financial losses caused by the client or a third party that are not related to the tour operator’s insolvency.
How can I pay the premium for a Tour Operator’s Liability Insurance policy?
- Online through the Euroins website or via the MyEuroins portal;
- In person at any branch office of Euroins Insurance Company AD;
- By bank transfer to the account specified in the policy.
