Ivan Kostov

Ivan Kostov has more than 13 years of professional experience in finance, banking, and advisory services for corporate clients, supporting business growth through operational optimization, access to financing, debt restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.

In 2023, Mr. Kostov joined Euroins Insurance Group as Group Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this, he held a number of key positions, including Director of the Corporate Credit Approval Department at one of Bulgaria’s largest banks, DSK Bank; Risk and Finance Consultant at AFA, one of Bulgaria’s leading audit and accounting firms; and Head of Technical Business Analysis at a large multinational fintech company serving institutional investors and major investment funds focused on alternative assets through the implementation of an adaptable ERP platform, Dynamo Software. In 2025, he joined the Board of Directors of Euroins.

Mr. Kostov holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. His education and professional expertise span the fields of finance, business administration, mathematics, and information technology. He is a CFA® and FRM® charterholder and a registered valuer of businesses, real estate, and intangible assets.

Mr. Kostov is fluent in English.
