Milena Gencheva

Milena Gencheva is an established insurance sector executive with extensive experience in corporate governance, operational management, sales, and claims settlement. She has held key leadership positions within the Euroins and Eurohold groups, including serving as a member of the Board of Directors of Euroins and Euroins Insurance Group, as well as a Procurator of Eurohold Bulgaria.

Her professional career includes many years of managing insurance companies in Bulgaria and across Europe, as well as international experience as Chair of the Board and Authorized Representative of AFES AG in Liechtenstein.

Ms. Gencheva holds a Master’s degree in French Philology from Moscow State University “V. I. Lenin” and has additional qualifications in human resources management, organizational development, and financial management.

She speaks English, Russian, and French.
