Planned migration of the information systems of Euroins in connection with the transition to the official euro currency as of 01.01.2026.

In connection with the upcoming transition to the euro as the official currency of the Republic of Bulgaria, effective as of 01.01.2026, we would like to inform you about planned technical updates and the migration of the information systems of Euroins.

In order to ensure accurate and successful data conversion from BGN to EUR, the process will be carried out in stages. During the migration, some of the systems will be temporarily unavailable.

On 30.12.2025, starting from 09:00, the online platforms for policy issuance, claim submission, and installment payments will be suspended:
• my.euroins.bg
• myhealth.euroins.bg

In the period from 31.12.2025 (18:00) to 02.01.2026 (09:00), the migration and conversion of data from BGN to EUR will be performed. During this time, it will not be possible to carry out operations in the Company’s information systems.

All information systems of the Company, including the online platforms, are expected to be fully accessible as of 02.01.2026 at 09:00.

Should there be any changes to the migration schedule, we will inform you in a timely manner.
