in connection with reports received about persons posing as insurance intermediaries of "EUROINS INSURANCE COMPANY" AD and offering insurance services through communication channels other than those officially indicated on the company's website in the "Contacts and offices" section, we inform you that "EUROINS INSURANCE COMPANY" AD does not use communication channels for the purpose of concluding insurance contracts, including computer and mobile applications such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other similar ones, other than the company's website, its offices and the offices of authorized brokers and agents with whom the company works. All insurance intermediaries who are entitled to carry out such activities in the Republic of Bulgaria are announced on the website of the Financial Supervision Commission.

In case you receive offers to conclude insurance contracts through channels other than the official ones, please note that they are not made by "EUROINS INSURANCE COMPANY" AD.

We kindly ask that, upon detection of such cases, as well as in case of doubt whether the person contacting you to conclude an insurance contract is a proper intermediary, to notify us immediately through the official channels indicated on our website.
