- Request for payment of compensation;
- Medical documents certifying the event (in case of accident or illness);
- Contract with a tour operator and general conditions to it;
- Original payment documents;
- Document proving family ties - copy (required only in cases where the insured person did not travel due to the death, accident or illness of a close relative);
- Death certificate (required only in cases where the insured person did not travel due to the death of a close relative);
- Bank account.
