Occupational Accident Claim

Notify Euroins about the event within 7 days:

In case of permanent loss of working capacity as a result of an accident:

Necessary documents:

  • Request for payment of compensation;
  • Order from NOI;
  • Medical documents certifying the event;
  • Certificate from TELK/ NELK;
  • Bank account

In case of temporary loss of working capacity as a result of an accident:

Necessary documents:

  • Request for payment of compensation;
  • Order from NOI;
  • Sick leave;
  • Medical documents / epicrisis, outpatient lists, etc./

In case of accidental death:

Necessary documents:

  • Request for payment of compensation;
  • Order from NOI;
  • Medical documents certifying the event;
  • Death certificate;
  • Certificate of inheritance;
  • Bank account of the heirs.

Important!


The insurer has the right, within 45 days from the date of filing the claim, to request additional documents and information, according to Art. 106 and Art. 107 of the CC for determining the basis for payment and the amount of insurance compensation.
