1. Notify Euroins in one of the specified ways within 3 working days.
2. Provide an opportunity to conduct an inspection.

Required documents:

• Policy number;
• Document proving the right to receive insurance compensation;
• Official note from a seismological institute - (in the absence of information about the event in the press);
• Bank account.

1. Notify Euroins in one of the specified ways within 3 working days.
2. Contact a company or person to carry out an inspection with a thermographic camera (if necessary).
3. Provide an opportunity to conduct an inspection.

• Document proving the right to receive insurance compensation;
• Thermal camera result (if necessary)

2. Until the arrival of the MIA team and fingerprinting, DO NOT enter the home or touch anything in it;

1. In case of a minor road accident, take pictures with your phone by capturing the car, the registration number, the damaged details, the place of contact with another object;

• suspected use of alcohol and/or intoxicants;
• disagreement about the circumstances of the accident;
