Parking lot damage
- Call 112 only if the perpetrator is known.
- Take pictures of the damaged vehicle.
- Within 3 working days, visit our office to file a claim.

Accident with another vehicle
- Call 112 in the presence of injured people, suspected use of alcohol and/or intoxicating substances, disagreement regarding the circumstances of the accident, failure to present a valid driver's license, valid Civil Liability policy. Wait for the arrival of the traffic police.
- Secure the place, place triangular signs! Take pictures of the accident scene.
- Compile a Bilateral Traffic Accident Report. Complete it according to the instructions on the back. A Billateral Traffic Accident Report is not issued for a traffic accident with more than two participants, in such a case you must call the traffic police.
- Within 3 working days, visit our office to file a damage claim.
Required documents:
- Vehicle registration certificate;
- Voucher for a valid Annual Technical Inspection;
- Vehicle driving license of the driver who was driving the vehicle at the time of the accident;
- Control coupon to or act of an established administrative violation;
- Declaration from the driver describing the circumstances of the accident;
- Traffic accident/Billateral Traffic Accident protocol;
- Bank account.
Self-crash /maneuver/ damage occurred during movement
- Secure the place, place triangular signs! Take pictures of the accident scene.
- In the event of injured persons or a dangerous malfunction of the vehicle, notify 112. Wait for the arrival of the traffic police, regardless of whether they will draw up an act of administrative violation.
- In the event of a dangerous malfunction, you cannot continue the journey - such a malfunction is any damage such as: damage to the suspension, running gear, braking system, lack of lights, leaks, loose parts or cracked more than 1 pc. tires.
- In the case of cosmetic damage, take photos with your phone by capturing the car, registration number, damaged details, the point of contact with another object.
- In case of collision with an animal, call 112 and take photos of the accident site.
- In case of hesitation and inability to make an accurate assessment, call 112 and wait for the traffic police or call 0700 17 241 - ZD Euroins AD.
- Within 3 working days, visit our office to file a claim.
Required documents:
- Vehicle registration certificate;
- Voucher for a valid Annual Technical Inspection;
- Vehicle driving license of the driver who was driving the vehicle at the time of the accident;
- Control coupon or act of established administrative violation;

In the event of a natural disaster - storm, hail, flood, etc.
- Call 112 in the event of serious damage to the motor vehicle, impeding movement on its own. In case of flooding, DO NOT start the vehicle engine.
- Within 3 working days, visit our office to file a claim.
Required documents:
- Vehicle registration certificate;
- Document about the event from the Hydrometeorological Station or the Fire Service;
- Bank account.
Malicious acts of third parties (vandalism)
- Notify the nearest police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or by calling 112.
- Until the police team arrives and fingerprints are taken, DO NOT enter the vehicle or touch anything in the vehicle.
- In the event of entry into the passenger compartment, broken side windows, damaged locks or attempted theft, after inspection by the police, move the vehicle to a garage or secured parking lot until the time of inspection by the Insurer and/or repair of the damage.
- Within 3 working days, visit our office to file a claim.
Required documents:
- Vehicle registration certificate;
- Official note from the Ministry of the Interior;
- Bank account;
Theft of motor vehicle
- Notify the Nearest Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs by location of the event;
- Visit our office no later than the next business day to file a damage claim.
Required documents:
- 2 sets of car keys, together with chips for GPS or immobilizer /if any/;
- Part 1 and Part 2 of the motor vehicle registration certificate;
- Official note from the Ministry of the Interior;
- Prosecutor's decree;
- Bank account.
Fire, arson or explosion of vehicles
- Call 112.
- Notify the insurer immediately.
- Take pictures of the vehicle and the situation.
Required documents:
- Vehicle registration certificate;
- Valid technical review document;
- A document from the Fire Service regarding the causes of the event;
- A document from the Ministry of the Interior on the initiation of pre-trial proceedings regarding the causes of the event and the guilty perpetrator;
- Bank account.
Damage occurred outside the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria (abroad)
- Secure the place, place triangular signs.
- Immediately notify us by calling 0700 17 241 or email: likvidacia@euroins.bg and follow our instructions.
- Take pictures of the accident scene.
- Notify local regulatory authorities.
- Do not sign a document in a foreign language with content that is unclear to you!
