Damage from failure
- Immediately upon the occurrence or knowledge of the occurrence of an insured event, notify the competent authorities.
- Take pictures of the scene and of the cargo damage.
- When damage is detected, draw up a bilateral traffic accident protocol between the parties containing the amount of damage, accompanied by detailed photographic material.
- Write a Note in the bill of lading, column 19;
- Notify us by phone: 0700 17 241 and/or e-mail: cargo.claims@euroins.bg within 7 working days.
Necessary documents:
- Request to file a claim;
- Bill of lading;
- Written explanation to the driver;
- Transport order;
- Photographic material;
- Emergency protocol;
- Official claim by the injured party;
- Invoice for the goods;
- Packing list;
- Certificate that the goods do not have "Cargo" insurance;
- In case of refrigerated transport – Thermal tape regarding the period of transport;
- Bank account - an official document from the bank.
Loss/theft damage

- Upon establishing the absence, draw up a bilateral trafic accident protocol between the parties containing the amount of damage, accompanied by detailed photographic material.
- Write a Note in the bill of lading, column 19;
- Notify us by phone: 0700 17 241 and/or e-mail: cargo.claims@euroins.bg within 7 working days.
