In case of insurance events related to the provision of medical assistance
- Contact the Assisting Company immediately by phone: Euro – Center Holding, phone + 420 221 860 651 or CHAT
- If at the time of the event, for a valid reason, the Assisting Company cannot be contacted, notification must be made within 3 working days.
Necessary documents:
- Request for payment of compensation;
- Medical documents /epicrisis, outpatient lists, etc./;
- Original payment documents;
- Bank account;
- Death certificate, Certificate of heirs, Bank account of the heirs (in case of repatriation of mortal remains);
- Airline tickets (only in cases of medical repatriation approved by the Insurer)
In case of theft, loss or delay of luggage, flight delay, missed connecting flight, loss or theft of personal documents:
- Notify the relevant competent authorities within 24 hours of becoming aware of the event and request from them a document certifying the event;
- You pay at your own expense the costs for the services used (for issuing a replacement personal document, for a new plane ticket or for revalidation of an already purchased ticket);
- You pay for the purchased essential goods (in the case of loss/delay of luggage and flight delay of more than 5 hours);
- Submit a written claim to Euroins on site at the claims centers or notify us by phone: 0700 17241 and email: travel.claims@euroins.bg

- A document from the police in the relevant country and/or a document from the carrier airline;
- Documents proving the real value of the stolen items;
- Expense documents proving the real price of the purchased necessities;
- Original payment documents for the purchase or revalidation of an airline ticket;

With regard to
Within 7 working days:
- Notify the insurer of the circumstances that could lead to its occurrence;
- Notify the insurer of the occurrence of an insured event;
- Notify the insurer in writing of the claims made against it;
- Notify the insurer in writing about payments made on the claims made against it;
- In case of a legal claim filed by the injured person, the insured person is obliged to request the involvement of the insurer in the process within the legal term, when this is permissible by law.
