Dear Customers and Partners,
In connection with the state of emergency declared by the National Assembly and increased measures for prevention and security, Euroins Insurance JSC takes measures for the health of its employees, customers and partners. In this regard, some of the company's employees go to a remote mode of work – home office.
We kindly request that you contact our employees by phone or email from the nearest office for an up-to-date information and assistance before you visit any company office so that to avoid gathering many people in one place and staying in que in front of the offices.
We appeal to all to remain calm, to observe discipline and hygiene, and together to overcome this difficult for our country and the whole world, ordeal.

All offices and claims handling centers throughout the country,exept in Sofia city, operate in a regime of continuity and regularity in the performance of their working process - concluding insurance contracts and claims handling register.
For the territory of Sofia city - claims handling office on duty is located at the Headquarters of the Company at 43, Christopher Columbus Blvd. Our employees are trained, equipped and will work with the necessary protective equipment.
To limit office visits and gathering more people at one place, we inform you the following:
Ι. New and renewal of insurance contracts - will continue to be carried out in accordance with the established procedure in all offices of the company throughout the country. Please contact our employees from the nearest office in advance by phone and / or email for up-to-date information and assistance in order to avoid gathering many people in one place, as well as queuing outside the offices. ΙΙ. Instalments payment for current policies in the following ways:
By bank transfer - use the bank account written in your insurance policy. It is a must to fill in the number of the insurance policy and three names into the payment.
To receive a Motor Third Party Liability Insurance sticker, contact by phone and / or email the company office written on you insurance policy.
By ePay – information how to do this here
On-site at all company offices throughout the country. Please contact our employees from the nearest office in advance by phone and / or email for up-to-date information and assistance.
ΙΙΙ. Claims handling:
1. Motor insurance - at the following claims handling centers throughout the country. The period for submitting insurance claims is extended within one month after the state of emergency is canceled, except for the risks "Theft", "Robbery" and "Fire", for which the terms for notification are in accordance with the general conditions of insurance policies.

For the period of the state of emergency, the national telephone number 0700 14 555 will operate from 08:30 am till 5:00 pm on weekdays and from 10:00am. till 5:00 pm on weekends.
The 24/7 working hours will be restored after the state of emergency is lifted.
3. Property insurance - Online claim submission here
For more information and questions please contact property.claims@euroins.bg. Inspections of non-urgent property claims will be performed on a timely basis after a state of emergency is cancelled.
