The new customer portals of Euroins – My Euroins and My Euroins Health – are the latest guides for users navigating the insurance world.
The phone has long been more than just a tool for making calls or passing the time. We can now use it to make payments, manage our finances, and even have medical consultations. So, it seems only natural that our insurer should also be accessible through our phones.
Against this backdrop, the Bulgarian insurance company Euroins has launched its completely revamped corporate website for online sales and customer service – https://www.euroins.bg/, as part of the company's strategy to digitalize the insurance administration and sales processes.
"For us, this is the next step in the company’s growth, which has been operating for over 25 years in Bulgaria and abroad. We offer a wide range of insurance products to meet the needs of both our individual clients and businesses. As we have held leading positions in the insurance market in recent years, our responsibility to our customers has grown as well," says Yoanna Tsoneva, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Euroins.
Part of the company's revamped website includes two new customer portals – MyEuroins and MyEuroinsHealth. MyEuroins is where anyone can manage their insurance portfolio independently – quickly and easily purchase insurance, review the history of all insurance policies taken out with "ZD Euroins" AD over the past three years, track the status of a filed claim, and make online payments.
The health portal, MyEuroinsHealth, is specifically designed for those with medical insurance. It allows every customer to track the history of their preventive check-ups, submit claims for reimbursement of expenses for paid check-ups, medical tests, treatments, or purchased medications, and monitor the progress and outcome of their claims.
"Firmly grounded in our experience, we are confidently moving towards the future with our new online services through digitalization, aimed at making things as easy as possible for our customers, allowing them to benefit from our services even more quickly and intuitively. With this new step, we are also focusing on young people in Bulgaria, for whom receiving services via mobile phone is the most natural and essential part of their daily lives," explains Yoanna Tsoneva.
In April this year, a team from the company visited career fairs at four leading universities in Bulgaria to inform students about internship opportunities available in almost every department and to recruit new members for the Euroins family.
"For us, the most valuable resource is our employees, which is why we are extending a hand to the younger generation by launching internship programs in most departments of the company. We believe they are the driving force in our society, and we want to pass on the experience and knowledge we've gained over the years," shares Tsoneva.
Along with introducing students to the open positions, the team also launched a campaign under the slogan #It'sCoolToDriveSober.
"During our meetings with students, we are promoting the campaign among young people because we believe they are our future, who will proudly continue our story," says Yoanna Tsoneva.
