In the event of theft, loss or delay of luggage, flight delay, missed connecting flight, loss or theft of personal documents: Notify the relevant competent authorities within 24 hours of becoming aware of the event and request from them a document certifying the event, then bring a written claim to "ZD Euroins" AD for reimbursement of the expenses incurred by you related to the event.
