Полицата важи във всички държави, членуващи в системата „Зелена карта“. Сертификатът „Зелена карта“ се издава заедно с полицата без допълнителна премия и покрива служебните автомобили за периода на валидност на премията.

Как корпоративните клиенти могат да ползват услугата „Заместващ автомобил“?

При сключване на застраховка „Каско” сте избрали опцията „Доверен сервиз” при отремонтиране на щети и в случай на щета по служебен автомобил, корпоративните клиенти могат да получат заместващ автомобил за периода на ремонта. Услугата се предоставя според договорените условия и лимити в полицата.

Къде се извършва оглед на фирмените автомобили?

Огледите могат да се направят в ликвидационните центрове на Евроинс. За корпоративни клиенти с множество автомобили е възможна организация на централен оглед на паркинг на фирмата, което спестява време и ресурси.

Къде фирмите могат да заведат щета по Каско на МПС?

Щета може да бъде заведена в ликвидационен център на „Евроинс“или онлайн чрез платформата MyEuroins.  

За кого е подходяща застраховка Каско на МПС за бизнес клиенти?

Застраховката е подходяща за всички юридически лица, които притежават или управляват фирмени автомобили – от малки компании с няколко автомобила до големи предприятия с автопаркове. Can the insurer deny me legal protection if I have "Legal Assistance in Traffic Accidents" insurance?

Yes – if notification is delayed by more than 7 working days or only if there is material damage or harm that is an excluded risk under "Third Party Liability" insurance.

When do I receive protection under "Legal Assistance in Traffic Accidents" insurance?

From the moment of initiation of pre-trial proceedings or the date of receipt of a claim.

Can I choose my own lawyer under "Legal Assistance in Traffic Accidents" insurance?

Yes, as long as it is from the list that is pre-approved by the insurer.

How can I purchase Motor CASCO Insurance?

You can buy Motor CASCO Insurance at any office of Euroins Insurance JSC, as well as through insurance intermediaries who have a valid contract with the company.

Who is Motor CASCO insurance suitable for?

The insurance is suitable for any motor vehicle with Bulgarian registration.

What happens in the event of an unpaid Motor Third Party Liability insurance?


When taking out the policy with a single instalment, it is terminated when the insurance premium is not or partially paid at the exact time of day indicated as its start. When taking out a policy with multiple instalments, it is terminated when the first installment is not or is partially paid at the exact time of day specified as its start. In the event of non-payment or partial payment of an installment by the due date recorded in the policy, the insurance policy coverage is terminated at 24:00 hours on the 15th day from the due date of the unpaid or partially paid deferred installment or another term expressly recorded in the policy .

Do I need to put on the MTPL Sticker on my windshield?

Yes, the MTPL sticker needs to be put on the windshield of the car.

Are there penalties for driving without MTPL Insurance?

Yes. Driving a car without valid MTPL insurance is a violation of the law and the sanctions are determined by Bulgarian legislation.

How do I check if I have valid MTPL insurance in Euroins?

You can check on tel. 0700 17 241 or through the website.

Where can I buy MTPL insurance?

Motor Third Party Liability insurance can be taken out at any Euroins office , online  or through our partner insurance intermediaries.

Is MTPL Insurance mandatory?

MTPL is mandatory by law for every owner of a motor vehicle that is registered on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and is not immobilized.

When is the CASCO inspection mandatory?

CASCO inspection is not required for:

  • factory new motor vehicle;
  • renewal without interruption of "Motor Vehicle Casco" insurance policy in "ZD Euroins" AD.
However, your vehicle may require GPS installation. Please check with your nearest Euroins Insurance agency or Front Office in our Headquarters!

In all other cases, inspection is mandatory.

Where can the vehicle be inspected?

You can have an inspection for concluding "CASCO" insurance at any Agency of Euroins Insurance JSC

I sold my car. Do I need to let you know? And the buyer?

The seller and the buyer are obliged to notify the insurer in writing of the transfer within 7 (seven) days.

How can I use the "Replacement car" service?

You can use the "Replacement car" service if you have selected the "Trusted Service" option when taking out CASCO insurance when repairing damage.

How can I cancel a MTPL policy?

According to the Insurance Code, MTPL insurance is not terminated, except in the following cases:

  • expiration of the term for which it was concluded;
  • in case of total damage to the car, for which the recovery of damages exceeds 70% of its actual value;
  • in the event of termination of registration of the insured motor vehicle;
  • in the event of a change of ownership of the insured motor vehicle within 7 days from the date of sale.

Does MTPL apply abroad? What should I do when traveling abroad by car?

MTPL insurance is valid on the territory of all countries that are members of the Green Card system. The "Green Card" certificate is issued together with the policy without additional premium and is valid for the period for which the insurance premium has been paid. In case you pay the premium in installments, you will receive a certificate upon payment of each installment.

What should I do if I am involved in a road accident abroad and have a valid MTPL policy?

Notify the local control authorities and do not sign a document in a foreign language with content that is not clear to you.
